"Mark's persistence saved us $140-ish a MONTH on our insurance! Here's what happened. I went looking online for a better rate. Like a lot of folks, I figured I could avoid having to talk to someone and miss the hard sell. Besides, I'm savy...I can handle insurance right? WRONG. I was overhelmed trying to decide what we needed. My husby's car is older, mine is new. Do we need comp & collison on both? Uninsured/under insured? What about renters? Enter Mark who responded to an inquiry I did on one of those "insurance shopping sites". He texted and called. He texted and called...and texted. I finally called him back about renters... he didn't metion car insurance because renters is all that came across from my inquiry. No hard sell! So I asked about car insurance...the rest is money in my pocket history- to the tune of $140-ish a month! But wait... this is for 2 cars..renters and even includes protection in case something happens - our insurance is covered! I will never go back to the big box world of insurance. I'm sticking with an Agent. Mark talked to me like he was explaining insurnace to a family memeber."

"Krystal was great, she is definitely customer obsessed! She followed up with me during my difficult busy schedule. As a single parent with so many responsibilities it was great that she listened to me in regards to what I needed for coverage. My main concern was that my coverage mirrored my existing coverage. She was able to keep my payment near the same and increased protection for car rental that Geico my former provider didn't offer. I was able to bundle with renters insurance and compared to MSI, provided a much peace of mind/safety net with the coverage amount of my personal items. I think a person who just cares about selling would have given up after 2-3 days but even though it took over a week to finalize due to my busy and hectic schedule, she was definitely customer focused. I can't say if this is the experience of all State Farm agents, but this was my experience with Krystal."

"Mark Jackson was the most patient and personable person I have ever dealt with in the insurance industry. He was incredibly kind and helpful, qualities that are often hard to find when dealing with insurance. Switching from Progressive was the best decision I've made. I was paying $138 per month for liability insurance with Progressive, and now with State Farm, I pay the same amount for FULL coverage.
